Our Company

J & K Embroidery Plus is a custom embroidery business offering quality embroidery to their customers. We are two sisters who founded J & K Embroidery Plus in 2002. We offer high quality embroidery and friendly, personal service. There is no minimum order and we treat all orders with the same care.

We can be reached between 9 am and 7 pm, EST Monday through Friday. Please contact us to schedule an appointment or to order.

Our Policy

Since items are custom ordered, returns are accepted only on defected merchandise.

Ordering

You can place your order by phone, fax or email. Orders are usually shipped in 2—3 weeks. All items are customized so please allow time to place your order. Paypal, checks or money orders accepted at this time. Allow 7-10 days for checks to clear bank.

Shipping

We will ship UPS ground.

Shipping rates are:       $0-$49.99 = $ 5.50

                                       $50-$99.99 = $7.75

                                       $100-$149.99 = $10.95
